What designers and styles do you offer?

We proudly curate beautiful gowns from British and international designers, chosen for their craftsmanship, style and individuality. Whether your vision is timelessly classic or fashion-forward couture, we can guide you to stunning options that reflect your personality. You can browse our beautiful designers here.

Do you offer accessories and finishing touches?

Yes — we stock a selection of exquisite accessories including veils, headpieces, jewellery, belts and bridal gifts from our trusted partners. We will happily help you coordinate these with your gown for a seamless bridal look.

Can I have customisations made to my dress?

Yes — we specialise in bespoke changes to tailor your gown to your exact vision. During your consultation, we will discuss all possibilities and design elements with you.  

What’s the price range of your collection?

Our handpicked collection of bridal gowns ranges from £1,400 – £6,500. You can browse our beautiful designers here.

What sizes are available to try?

The majority of samples in the boutique range from UK 12 – 16. Don’t worry if your sizing doesn’t sit within this range, we have lots of creative ways to ensure you can experience the look of your desired dress. We’re also able to loan additional sizes from our designers prior to your appointment if needed.

What is a Trunk Show?

A trunk show is a special event where we welcome a designer’s extended collection into the boutique for a limited time. This gives our brides the opportunity to view and try on a wider selection of gowns — including styles that are not usually available in store. Please visit the home page to view upcoming trunk show events.

Do you offer special occasion or mother-of-the-bride/groom outfits?

Yes — we offer a beautifully curated special occasion wear service, ideal for the Mother of the Bride, Groom or any memorable event. This is a bespoke couture experience by private consultation, where we guide you through personal styling, choice of fabrics, colours and shapes, including made-to-measure options to ensure a perfectly tailored look.

Do you have sample sale dresses available to purchase? 

Yes — we offer a selection of sample sale gowns which are offered at a reduced price, making them a wonderful opportunity to purchase a beautiful, authentic designer dress at exceptional value. All sample sale dresses are sold as seen and are ideal for brides with shorter timelines or those looking for something truly special at a reduced cost. Our team will guide you through the condition, fit and alteration possibilities during your appointment, so you can shop with complete confidence.

APPOINTMENT QUESTIONS

Do I need to book an appointment to visit the boutique?

Yes — all visits to Ivory Tower Bridal Couture are by appointment only, so that we can offer you the personalised, unhurried experience every bride deserves. This ensures you and your guests have exclusive use of the boutique and fitting space.

How do I book my appointment?

Please complete the enquiry form here or call the boutique on 01564 770066 to arrange your consultation. A member of our team will help you find a date and time that suits you.

Is there a charge for consultations?

Weekday and Saturday consultations are not chargeable. Should you wish to book a Sunday or evening appointment, a £25 charge applies, which is refundable against the purchase of your wedding gown.

Where are you located and is there parking available?

You will find us nestled on the charming High Street in the village of Knowle, just outside Solihull in the West Midlands. There is parking available on the day subject to availability.

Do you have disabled access?

We do have disabled access to enter the boutique but please note, we do not have an accessible bathroom. Should you have any specific questions or concerns, please call the boutique on 01564 770066.

Do you have baby changing facilities?

Unfortunately, we do not have baby changing facilities at the boutique.

Can I bring guests to my appointment?

We encourage you to bring family or close friends who will support you in finding your dream dress. We simply ask that you let us know in advance how many people you’d like to bring and we recommend up to three guests.

Are there shoes available to try with dresses?

For your own comfort during an appointment, we advise you bring with you a pair of shoes to wear when trying on our gowns.

How long are appointments?

Your personalised fitting will be up to 1.5 hours. If we need more time, we can book an extended appointment or a return appointment. Our promise is that you will never feel rushed.

What can I expect at my appointment?

Your styling session will begin by our guiding you through the whole collection, you can then select all the pieces you would like to try. We are here to guide and support you in creating your desired bridal look.

What if I can’t visit the boutique in person?

We can arrange virtual consultations on request, giving you expert advice and a curated view of gowns from the comfort of your own home.

QUESTIONS AN ‘IVORY TOWER BRIDE’ MAY HAVE

What happens after I say ‘yes’ to the dress?

Once you’ve chosen your gown, our expert fitting team will guide you through the next steps. We offer an all-encompassing fitting service with an in-house seamstress, so all customisations and alterations are managed under one roof for your peace of mind.

Do you offer a dry-cleaning service? 

We can recommend a preferred dry-cleaners. More information available on request.
